Hard to find batteries?

The other day I was researching a battery for an old Apple Macintosh Plus computer from 1987. The old one had corroded (surprise, surprise) and apparently it is hard to boot these units without it.

My Watch Battery is dead!

While getting ready to run to an appointment this morning and imagine my surprise when my watch battery was dead! I hate having to run to buy just one battery and also hate having to store just one….that small package always seems to hide from me. What to do?
